Sea Isle City Market update


With the arrival of the fall season, many of the homes that were put under contract shortly after the summer are now going to settlement and establishing the current market values. I have continued to see a slow increase in values since the spring when another surge of homes settled on the island.
This is also the time of year when we find out what properties will be developed over the winter and available for next summer. I personally have 5 new construction development projects that are underway. These projects range from the beach block to the mid-island and back on the meadows with views. 46 units have sold, 45 units have been placed under contract  and 80 have come on the market for sale.
